How it Works Kundea Gear Pump
Kundea Gear Pump works by utilizing the inner gears which are usually connected with drives and outer gears which usually act as idlers. Initially the fluid enters through the suction port between the rotor (large gear) and the idler (small gear). The fluid then enters through the gaps in the gear. The part that is shaped like a crescent divides the fluid and acts as a seal between the suction and discharge ports. Fluid that floods the discharge port will continue to be driven by the fluid behind it so that the fluid continues to flow
